ROOM RESERVATION POLICY

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Late arrivals, no shows and early departures will be charged the full payment.
• Late check out after 6.00pm will incur a charge equal to one night stay.
• Late check out between 12.00pm and 6.00pm will incur a charge equal to 50% of the published room rate.
• Refunds will be paid in full if a written cancellation is received by Khang Residency 30 days prior to check in.
• Cancellations during the Thimphu and Paro Festive months must be received at least 45 days prior to check in.
